Tara Conner was born on 18th December1985, in Dallas, Texas, USA. Tara Connerwas best known for winning the title of Miss USA 2006. Tara had placed 4thin the Miss Universe Pageant in July 2006. Tara has been competing in pageantssince age 4. Tara Conner had won title Young Russell County in Kentucky at thecounty fair when she was 13 and, by 2002, she was 2nd Runner-up inMiss Teen USA. Tara had ranked 74th on the Maxim magazine Hot 100 of2007 list.
